Soft Skills

The soft skills required in the workplace are some of the most crucial elements of employee effectiveness and performance. Often, these skills are taken for granted and organisations expect employees to be able to work effectively without clarifying what is required.

Parkhouse Bell Training offers bespoke training and coaching across a range of soft skill areas.

The Art of Influence

The ability to influence people positively enables us to achieve more and boosts our personal credibility. This programme will enable delegates to gain the co-operation of others without manipulation.

We consider self-esteem and confidence when handling a whole range of individual attitudes and consider the use of appropriate language to help reduce conflict issues and allow room for persuasion to take place.

The Art of Influence is typically a 2 day programme.

  • In motivating people, you've got to engage their minds and their hearts. I motivate people, I hope, by example - and perhaps by excitement, by having productive ideas to make others feel involved.
